Day-Date was the first watch to display the date as well as the day, spelled in full. The calendar display is offered in 26 languages. Day-Date is produced only in precious metals. Yellow gold, rose gold, white gold and platinum. No steel version of this model exists. During that 60 year period, Day Date had a number of upgrades and revisions which strictly stayed loyal to the original design just like the rest of the Rolex model range.
